I help organizations determine where AI is worth applying, then build it. Most of the work is integration: connecting models to the data and systems already in place.
Identifying where AI fits in your operation and where it does not. This typically involves reviewing how work moves through your teams, the data you hold and its current condition, and which project is worth undertaking first.
Designing and building the system itself. Most of this is integration work: giving a model reliable, permissioned access to the systems where your information resides, with defined limits on what it can reach and a record of every action it takes.
Enabling your team to operate and extend what has been built. Continued involvement is available where it is useful.
My background is in the integration layer between AI models and production systems. The model is rarely the constraint. Reaching data reliably, within the access controls an organization already operates and in a form that can be audited afterwards, generally is.
